Job Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, your role will be crucial in shaping PalmPay’s operational strategies and ensuring seamless service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

Defining and Overseeing New Product Features

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new product features.
  • Ensure alignment between product goals and business objectives.
  • Track key success metrics to measure product effectiveness.

Enhancing Customer Experience & Product Usability

  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and use data insights to improve the product.
  • Work alongside customer service teams to address user concerns and implement solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation to enhance user satisfaction.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive strategies.
  • Identify potential growth areas and implement strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

Operational Workflow Optimization

  • Develop and maintain efficient operational workflows to improve product delivery.
  • Enhance reconciliation processes and ensure streamlined operations.

Strategy Development & Implementation

  • Lead initiatives for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze data trends to make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Manage risk assessments and implement policies for process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Educational Background & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, particularly in customer acquisition. 

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of customer acquisition strategies and engagement techniques. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. 
  • Ability to analyze data trends and translate them into actionable strategies.

Communication & Leadership Skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
