Job Summary
As our Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of services essential to the agency’s operations. This includes sourcing vendors, creative materials, technology tools, third-party services, and any other resources required. You will work closely with the finance, operations, and creative teams to ensure the procurement process is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the agency’s growth objectives
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the agency’s growth and operational needs.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, conditions, and pricing structures.
- Monitor procurement budgets and ensure that purchasing activities remain within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure that all procurement activities comply with agency policies, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement processes to mitigate risks associated with vendor contracts, service disruptions, and procurement delays.
- Ensure procurement practices reflect the agency’s values of sustainability, cost-efficiency, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, and Marketing
- Certification in Procurement (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, with a focus on services (media, creative production, etc.).
- Understanding of marketing/advertising industry trends and the procurement of creative and digital tools is highly preferred.
- Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing international vendor relationships.
