Job Summary
- The Head of Business is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all the day-to-day operational activities of the Bank under the direction of the Managing Director. The officer could act in the capacity of the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
- He/She is responsible for the growth of the portfolio by implementing marketing and business plans.
- He/She is responsible for the deposit, loans, and fees for the business banking unit’s ability to manage and coordinate deposit mobilization as well as loan creation.
- He/She is responsible for the proper market segmentation with a focus on leading the entire team to achieving business conversion and growth.
- The head of business is responsible for providing input to strategic decisions that affect the functional areas of responsibility.
- Capable of managing escalated issues arising from operational issues and requiring coordination from other departments.
- He is basically the backbone of the Bank.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 10-15 years of experience.
