Job Summary
- We are offering a structured Trainee program in Hospitality and Hotel Management for motivated individuals looking to build a successful career in hotel operations and guest service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in front office operations such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Support the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and room readiness standards
- Learn and participate in food and beverage service, including restaurant, room service, and banquet support
- Help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests
- Observe and learn hotel administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and guest feedback handling
- Adhere to all hotel policies and health & safety regulations
- Participate in on-the-job training sessions and daily briefings
- Work closely with supervisors and mentors to complete assigned projects and tasks
- Provide support during peak hours and special events as needed
- Exhibit a professional and service-oriented attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND / HND / BSc Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management in any recognized institution.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team and anywhere in the country.
- Good observation skills and a willingness to learn.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, smart and forward looking with ability to work.
