Description
- We are seeking a smart, proactive, and organized fleet officer to support our fleet operations in the haulage and logistics of electronics equipment and fast-moving consumer goods across Nigeria.
- The fleet officer will be responsible for the accurate and timely documentation of vehicle assignments, delivery times, waybills, and related transport records. This role requires keen attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate driver records, including licenses and other applicable documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of vehicle assignments, delivery times, and job completion.
- Issue, track, and reconcile all waybills and delivery documentation.
- Liaise with clients to confirm delivery schedules and respond to queries or complaints promptly.
- Report any discrepancies, delays, or incidents during transit to the fleet manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
- HND/BSc in logistics, transport management, or a related field.
- Experience in haulage/logistics is an added advantage.
- Excellent planning and communication skills.
