Job Description
- The cleaning supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily operations of the cleaning team to ensure that school facilities remain clean, safe, and hygienic.
- The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team while promoting high standards of cleanliness and health and safety.
The ideal candidate must:

Responsibilities
Staff Supervision & Scheduling:
- Develop and manage cleaning staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all
- times.
- Reallocate duties as needed to cover staff absences or changing operational needs.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to cleaning staff to maintain high performance.
Cleaning Standards & Daily Oversight:
- Ensure there is a thorough cleaning of all key areas, including
- Windows (internal and external), skirtings, architraves, cupboards, lockers, and glass doors.
- Bathrooms: floors, basins, sinks, toilets, mirrors, showers, and bathtubs.
- High-touch surfaces: hand railings, student desks and chairs, and doorknobs.
- Supervise spot cleaning of spillages during and after school hours.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality cleaning standards are met consistently.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a BSc degree with 3-4 years of experience.
Salary
N200,000-N250,000 monthly.
