We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Tele-Collections/Debt Recovery Officer (Entry-Level)
Location: Maryland, Lagos (Proximity required)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site
Responsibilities
- Recover overdue loans by contacting customers.
- Follow up on payment commitments and maintain accurate records.
- Advise on payment options and negotiate plans.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of OND/HND/B.Sc. Degree
- 0-1 year of customer support experience (is an added advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English.
- Proactive, teachable, and detail-oriented.
- Close proximity to Maryland is a must.
Remuneration
- Salary: ₦70,000 monthly + commission on recovery.
- Benefits: 13th Month Payment and Other Benefits.
