Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee—Electrical and Mechanical

About the Role
- We are seeking passionate and innovative recent graduates in electrical or mechanical engineering to join our dynamic team as graduate trainees.
- This program offers hands-on experience and structured training aimed at grooming high-potential talents for long-term career success within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational on-the-job training across key departments.
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting, maintenance, and project execution.
- Assist in the design, development, and improvement of production processes.
- Carry out equipment diagnostics and propose preventive maintenance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
- 1–2 years of post-NYSC work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be proximate to the Agbara location.
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
