Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment.

Job Requirements

To qualify for the Front Desk Admin Assistant role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
  • At least 1 year of experience in front desk management or office administration.
  • Prior experience working in an NGO or humanitarian organization is an advantage.
