Job Title: Site Manager Intern

Role Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented site manager intern to support our on-site operations.
- This role is ideal for someone passionate about interior design, project coordination, and construction management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day activities at interior design project sites
- Monitor and document site progress, deliveries, and contractor activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Support the coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Attend site meetings and provide daily/weekly reports to the project team
- Help maintain project timelines, checklists, and installation schedules
- Manage site materials and ensure proper storage and usage
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and technical teams
- Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to the site manager.
Requirements
- Graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong interest in site supervision and interior fit-out processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of interior finishes and construction terminology
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and site reporting tools.
