Description
- We’re hiring a self-motivated Telesales Executive/Front Desk Officer to generate sales calls, onboard new clients, and manage our front desk.
- You’ll need strong communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and onboard prospective clients.
- Promote products and services.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain an updated client database.
- Track calls and sales.
- Handle complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Present daily sales reports to the team lead.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in a related field.
- 2+ years in telesales or a similar role.
- Proven sales track record.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
Personal Qualities:
- Enthusiastic and adaptable.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Proactive and creative thinker.
Salary
N70,000/month.
