Description

  • We’re hiring a self-motivated Telesales Executive/Front Desk Officer to generate sales calls, onboard new clients, and manage our front desk.
  • You’ll need strong communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and onboard prospective clients.
  • Promote products and services.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain an updated client database.
  • Track calls and sales.
  • Handle complaints and escalate when necessary.
  • Present daily sales reports to the team lead.

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in a related field.
  • 2+ years in telesales or a similar role.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn.

Salary
N70,000/month.
